When your order is processed, we will notify you via email the Shipping Charge, and when the order is shipped we will send you another email informing you a Tracking Number for your shipment. You may also track your order status online via My Orders, or contact our Customer Service at (909) 627-0351.

All shipments are FOB our warehouse in Chino California and freight collect (except the will-call orders).

Small Parcel - Lighter and smaller sized items will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground Services. Anthony will email you a tracking number after the order is processed.
Truck Freight - When your order is too large or too heavy to ship via UPS / FedEx, we will arrange a trucking company to deliver your shipment.

Will Call - You may send your own truck or your cooperated trucking to pick up your order. If you are assigning a trucking company to handle your order, please note the company name and phone number on your order so we can contact them when the order is ready.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email with a tracking number and a link to available real-time online order tracking. This link will also appear on your order status page.

Small Parcel - Delivery usually takes about 3 - 7 business days.
Truck Freight - Delivery usually takes about 7 - 10 business days.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email with a tracking number. The information will also appear on your order status under "My Order" page.
Immediate inspection is very important when you are receiving the shipments. It is important to notate any damage on the bill of lading or receipt while signing for the shipment. Any damage needs to be informed to Anthony immediately.

All concealed damages should be reported to Anthony within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise.

Anthony will not be responsible for damaged freight, if delivery receipt is signed clear or concealed damage not reported within 10 days. Failure to follow the return procedure for the damaged item may result in denial of credit or free replacement item.
If customer is not available to accept the delivery after numerous attempts made by Anthony, or refuse to accept a delivery at a previously scheduled time by the customer, Customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs that are incurred from this delivery.
